C.O.E. offers classes to Cosmetologist, Estheticians, Manicurist, Barbers, Engineers, Architects, Geologists, Funeral & Pest control.  Our online class is designed for the busy and on the go individual. If you can't find an on-site class to fit your busy schedule then our online classes are for you. Keep in mind that all classes are State Board Approved.

 After registration and payment you are allowed 60 days to complete assignments. Thereafter you will be able to instantly print your certificate.
