AMNESTY
The Amnesty Program is an initiative that began in July of 2009 that allows previously licensed individuals to regain their license without retaking the Board exam. We offer the 20 hrs Online and the other 4 hrs. Safety and Sanitation must be taken on the Ohio State Boards Website.
Click Here for the Board's No Fee 4 hrs. Safety and Sanitation CE course. Please review the package, answer the questions on exam pages 1-5 and print exam pages 1-5 to submit with your amnesty progam application to restore your lapsed license.
