PAYING WITH A MONEY ORDER

If you would like to pay for your class with a money order
1. Find the class you are interested in.
2. Register for that class.
3. Select money order as your method of payment.
4. Click on the submit button.
5. On the next page click on (print this form out ) and mail it along with a check or money order to the address listed.

Please include your First and Last Name, license number, the class you are registering for, the date(s) for the class, and the city the class will be held in.
