 This is a timed Internet course.  You do not need to complete all of your hours at one time. You will have the option to stop at any time during the course, and resume at a later time or date.  Each reading section is timed.  The State of North Carolina requires that each reading section be timed. Once the timer counts down to zero,  you may proceed to the next reading section by clicking on the finish button. 
You may take as many breaks as you wish. You have 60 DAYS to complete this class.   

The Art Of Color {4 hrs}

 

This class is for all COSMETOLOGIST and TEACHERS

Below is a syllabus of what you will be required to complete.

·        The learner will be knowledgeable of the natural hair color

·        The learner will become knowledgeable of lines and angles

·        The learner will be able to identify the natural level and tone of the hair

·        The learner will be able to identify the different types of hair color

·        The learner will become knowledgeable of a patch test

·        The learner will become knowledgeable of the single and double process coloring and the questions that needs to be asked when formulating a hair color

·        The learner will become knowledgeable on what tools need to be used and how to mix permanent color

·        The learner will become knowledgeable on lightening techniques

·        The learner will become knowledgeable on the time factors for lightening hair

·        The learner will become knowledgeable on lightener retouch

·        The learner will become knowledgeable on how to do a toner application

·        The learner will become knowledgeable on foiling

·        The learner will become knowledgeable on how to presoften gray hair before a color process

·        The learner will become knowledgeable on coloring damage hair

·        The learner will become knowledgeable on color fillers
