                             HERE YOU CAN FIND THE ANSWER TO MOST OF YOUR QUESTIONS

 

1. AS A PRATITIONER HOW MANY HOUR CAN I TAKE ONLINE?

FOR THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA YOU CAN TAKE HALF OF YOUR CE HOURS ONLINE AND THE OTHER HALF WILL HAVE TO BE IN AN ONSITE CLASS.  FOR OTHER STATES SUCH AS KENTUCKY GEORGIA ETC, GO TO THE HOME PAGE AND CLICK ON YOUR STATE TO FIND OUT HOW MANY HOURS IS REQUIRED.

2. WHEN DO MY HOURS GET SUBMITTED TO THE STATE BOARD

HOUR ARE SUBMITTED TO THE STATE BOARD ON FRIDAY, ONCE THE HOURS ARE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY, PLEASE ALLOW STATEBOARD TIME TO POST THE HOURS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.

3. I PAID MULTIPLE TIMES FOR ONE CLASS.  WHO DO I NEED TO CONTACT.

*** If you register for the same class multiple times Please call the acct. dept. at 910-904-7046, there is a $3.00 fee deducted per transaction when voiding out the transactions.

 

4. HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE MY ONLINE OR CORRESPONDENCE COURSE?

IF YOU REGISTER FOR AN ONLINE INTERNET COURSE OR A CORRESPONDENCE COURSE YOU HAVE 60 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE COURSE. IF YOU REGISTER FOR A MAIL OUT CORRESPONDENCE COURSE YOU HAVE 60 DAYS TO MAIL THE COURSE BACK TO C.O.E. CONTINUING EDUCATION, IN ORDER TO RECEIVE CREDIT.

5. IF I RECEIVED HOURS FOR FREE ONLINE,OR I RECIEVE ADDITIONAL HOURS BECAUSE I PURCHASED A 24HR  PACKAGE FOR COSMETOLOGIST OR AND 8HR PACKAGE FOR MANICURIST OR ESTHETICIANS, HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE ONLINE PORTION OF THE PACKAGE?

INDIVIDUALS THAT RECEIVE HOURS FOR FREE OR THAT PURCHASE A 24 OR 8HR PACKAGE HAVE 30 DAYS TO COMPLETE THEIR COURSE. 

6. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I DON'T FINISH THE COURSE IN THE ALLOTTED TIME?

ANY COURSE THAT IS NOT FINISHED IN THE ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE FORFEITED.

7. HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT WITH THE CORRECT LICENSE NUMBER AND MAILING INFORMATION

YOU CAN UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT BY LOGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT USING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD, ONCE YOU GET INSIDE YOUR STUDENT PANEL CLICK ON CONTACT INFORMATION TO UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

8. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD "WHAT DO I DO"OR I AM UNABLE TO LOG IN

IF YOU FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD INFORMATION YOU CAN CLICK ON THE FORGOT PASSWORD LINK, TYPE IN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND YOUR LOG IN INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU, IF YOU DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS LEAVE YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT AND SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU BACK WITH THIS INFORMATION.

9. I WAS TAKING THE TEST AND I ACCIDENTLY CLICK THE BACK BUTTON AND THE TEST WAS VOIDED? EMAIL US AT COECONTINUINGEDU@aol.com AND YOUR TEST WILL BE RESET FOR YOU OR GIVE OUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT A CALL AT 1-800-795-3004 TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR YOUR TEST TO BE RESET.

10.I TOOK AN ONSITE CLASS AND SUPPOSE TO GET HOURS ONLINE AND  I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET MY ONLINE HOURS
