However, all classes must have a minimum of 4 participants to be a valid class. If C.O.E. cancels a class then you will be entitle to a full refund or given the option to transfer to another class equal or of the same value.
If any class date changes due to any circumstances you will be able to attend another class of the same value.
There is a $35.00 fee to cancel or transfer to another onsite class, once canceled you will receive a credit voucher minus the $35.00 transfer fee to be used towards another onsite class date, this voucher is good for only 1 year from the date the credit voucher is issued. THE TRANSFER OR CANCELATION MUST TAKE PLACE 72 HRS. BEFORE THE CLASS DATE (For Example: If the class is on Monday December 5th then you must cancel to be transfer by Thursday December 1st.) (Please make sure you are able to attend the class before you pay for the class) If you cancel the day of the class there is NO CREDIT VOUCHERS GIVEN.
If there is no classes available for you to transfer to then you will be sent a credit voucher, minus any fees, that you can used towards another class date within a one year time period.
On-Line classes: Once you register and pay for a class you can not receive a refund, however, if the class was not open C.O.E. will hold that class in the system for up to 90 days to be used towards the next year licensee period.
